5. SMS Communications & Consent

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from GELUXY related to your ride bookings. These messages include booking confirmations, driver assignments, trip status updates, and customer support responses.

• Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

• Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to book rides, but you may miss important real-time trip updates.

SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any service. Your phone number will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
